OUR THREE-DAY MAXIMISE TRAMPOLINE & AIRBAG CAMP RUNS JULY 18,19, 20TH IN QUEBEC. THIS CAMP IS OPEN FOR ALL ATHLETES WHO ARE NEW TO OUR PROGRAM OR RETURNING FOR SUMMER TRAINING. THIS CAMP HIGHLIGHTS THOSE LOOKING TO WORK ON NEW SKILLS OR PROGRESS EXISTING SKILLS. ALL ATHLETES WILL HAVE DEISGNATED TIMES TO USE THE SUPER TRAMPOLINE, TWO (2) HOUR SESSIONS ON THE AIR BAG FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. ASWELL, (1) TWO HOUR SESSION SUNDAY.

MOST ATHLETES PACK :
PACKING WATERPROOF JACKETS AND PANTS IS ESSENTIAL FOR AIRBAG TRAINING. PARENTS, WHO WILL BE ON SITE OF TRAINING SHOULD PACK A UMBRELLA FOR ALL WEATHER CONDITIONS. DURING THE SUMMER SEASON MOST ATHLETES WEAR A LONG SLEEVE SHIRT AND SHORTS/PANTS. ON COOLER DAYS ATHLETES WEAR A WETSUIT. PACK SPRING GLOVES IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST AIRBAG TRAINING SESSION.
IT IS IMPORTANT YOU ARRIVE IN RUNNING SHOES FOR WARM UP, COOLER WITH LUNCH INSIDE, EXTRA WATER BOTTLE, SUNCREEN & TOWEL.
NO ATHLETE IS PERMITTED ON THE TRAMPOLINE UNTIL BOTH CONTENDER COACH HAS ARRIVED AND ATHLETE HAS FINISHED WARM UP WITH THEIR TEAM.
